Baca Benefits Open Rewards Program

BCEDC is excited to present Baca Benefits, a shop local initiative powered by the Open Rewards app. Get rewarded for supporting businesses throughout Baca County!

Residents and visitors can earn rewards for every dollar they spend at participating Baca County businesses, then re-invest those rewards in another Baca County business, ensuring local dollars stay in the county.

1. Download the Open Rewards app from the Apple or Google Play app stores.



set up your free profile and select Baca County as your community

2. Shop in Baca County & Earn Rewards

Earn 5% back on purchases at participating Baca County businesses (maximum of $20 in rewards per purchase). Rewards are sponsored by BCEDC to incentivize local spending.

After shopping at a participating business, use the "claim/redeem" button to claim your purchase and earn rewards!

if you have linked your bank account or credit card, your rewards will process automatically after you claim the purchase. Otherwise, upload a photo of the receipt and enter the transaction amount to claim.

Track rewards in your "Rewards Balance".

Rewards expire after 6 months

3. Redeem Your Rewards!

To redeem your rewards, make a purchase in full at any of the locally owned participating businesses.

Select the "claim/redeem" button in the app, click the "redeem" button, and find the business you visited.

Enter the amount of rewards you would like to redeem towards this purchase. Once validated, you will receive your redemption via your selected payout method.
